Squash

4-5 medium sized squashes
1 big onion
4-5 cloves garlic
4-5 stalks fresh mint
Olive oil, salt and sugar

Cook the chopped onions lightly in olive oil, add the diced squashes, mashed garlic, salt and sugar. Cook for 25 minutes over low heat. When you turn off the stove, add the chopped mint. It is very easy, light and delicious food. You can put yogurt with garlic on top.
